About the Role

URC Construction is seeking an experienced and dynamic Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities for large-scale construction projects. Candidates with Data Center project experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 .
- Prepare project baselines, resource plans, and recovery schedules.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Client teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project milestones, critical paths, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project progress presentations for management.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments.
- Lead planning reviews and support management decision-making through data-driven insights.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Planning and Controls within the construction industry.
- Robust expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills ✅ Experience in Data Center construction projects is highly preferred.

✅ Knowledge of project control tools, cost monitoring, and reporting systems.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
