Required Qualifications Graduate (Civil) - 3 years project planning/ estimator experience in any construction project or

Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) - 5 years project planning/ estimator experience in any construction project

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the master construction schedule using project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Track daily site progress against baseline plans, identify schedule variances, and forecast project completion timelines.
- Monitor resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and material procurement, to prevent bottlenecks and optimize site productivity.
- Prepare regular progress reports, delay analyses, and extension of time (EOT) claims for project management and client reviews.
