Key Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch activities.

- Develop project execution strategies, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

- Monitor project performance against approved baselines and implement corrective actions where required.

- Manage project controls including schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress measurement.

- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Drive material readiness and procurement expediting for critical components.

- Monitor fabrication and assembly schedules to ensure adherence to customer delivery commitments.

- Identify schedule, procurement, and resource risks at an early stage.

- Develop mitigation plans and recovery schedules to minimize project delays.

- Conduct critical path analysis and recommend actions to improve project performance.
