Role & responsibilities : Expert in Project Planning Software like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6

Prepare detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. Define project milestones, activity logic, and critical path. Develop baseline schedules and obtain approvals. Monitor engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction progress. Update schedules regularly and analyze schedule variances. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Perform Critical Path

Method analysis. Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, and resource loading. Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week, 4-week, monthly). Forecast project completion dates and monitor earned progress.

Preferred candidate profile : from EPC, Power Substation, Power Transmission





Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Experience in TL, Substations, renewable energy, or industrial projects is preferred.

Strong understanding of: WBS, Baseline scheduling, CPM, Resource planning and leveling, EVM, Progress measurement and reporting, S-curves, Schedule risk analysis Ability to prepare and maintain detailed project schedules. Ability to analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions. Solid capability in preparing progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations. Knowledge of project lifecycle management and project controls.
