Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years (Real Estate Experience Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, WBS, and construction timelines.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones.
- Identify delays, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Procurement, and Consultant teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor manpower, material, and equipment utilization.
- Update project schedules and support resource planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and planning documentation.
Requirements
- B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of planning experience with a real estate developer.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and project planning.
- Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
- Experience in redevelopment/high-rise projects preferred.
