Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Develop project baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution.
- Track project productivity, resource allocation, and material requirements.
- Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and contracts for planning purposes.
- Support project cost control and cash flow forecasting.




- Participate in project review meetings and present schedule updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate/construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource planning, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of project monitoring, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
