. Prepare baseline project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).

· Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity sequencing, and project timelines.

· Prepare project master schedules, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

· Monitor project progress and update schedules periodically.

· Analyze project delays, critical paths, and schedule variances.

· Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and contractors for progress updates.

· Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations.

· Conduct resource planning and monitor manpower utilization.

· Assist in project budgeting and cost control activities related to planning.

· Identify potential project risks and recommend mitigation measures.

· Track project milestones and ensure compliance with contractual timelines.

· Support claims preparation, extension of time (EOT), and delay analysis when required.

· Maintain project documentation related to planning and scheduling activities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) for planning and scheduling.





· Positive knowledge of project management principles and scheduling techniques.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

· Understanding of project lifecycle, construction methodologies, and resource planning.

· Knowledge of delay analysis and project control techniques.
