Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and coordination with site teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Note:

- Only Male candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

- Develop baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.

- Monitor project progress and compare actual progress against planned schedules.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Identify project delays and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Clients.

- Track manpower, machinery,



and material requirements as per project schedules.

- Conduct delay analysis and prepare recovery plans.

- Monitor project productivity and resource utilization.

- Prepare look-ahead plans and forecast project completion dates.

- Support project billing by coordinating progress measurements.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company procedures.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 5-7 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or .

- Robust understanding of planning, scheduling, and project controls.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
