Position: Billing & Planning Engineer (Civil)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Experience:

- 3–8 Years (Relevant experience preferred)

Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills & Final Bills
- Contractor/Subcontractor Billing
- Quantity Take-Off from Drawings & BOQ Verification
- Project Planning, Scheduling & Progress Monitoring
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
- Quantity Reconciliation & Cost Monitoring
- Coordination with Site Execution Team, Consultants & Clients
- Documentation, Material Reconciliation & Work Progress Tracking

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Billing & Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced)




- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera (Preferred)
- Positive communication and documentation skills

Preferred Experience:

- WTP/STP, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Government Projects.
- Experience in client billing, planning, and contract documentation is highly preferred. These skills are commonly required for similar roles in Indore. (Indeed)

Best in Industry (Negotiable based on experience)
