About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Head to lead student placement initiatives, build strong corporate relationships, and drive employment and internship opportunities.

The role involves a combination of office-based and field-based work , including regular travel to different companies for employer meetings, corporate tie-ups, placement drives, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and industry partners.
- Identify and generate job and internship opportunities for students and program beneficiaries.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and employer interactions.
- Travel to different companies for corporate meetings, employer engagement, tie-ups, and placement-related activities.
- Build a robust employer network across relevant industries and sectors.
- Achieve placement targets and ensure maximum student placement outcomes.
- Lead, guide, and manage the placement team to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinate with training and academic teams to improve student employability and job readiness.
- Conduct or coordinate sessions on resume building, interview preparation, employability skills,



and career guidance.
- Maintain accurate placement databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Prepare regular placement performance reports and provide updates to management.
- Support CSR/skilling projects and ensure placement deliverables are achieved within timelines.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or training & placement functions.

- Prior experience in CSR, skilling, employability, or education projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong corporate networking and employer engagement skills.
- Proven experience in generating placement opportunities and achieving placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a placement team effectively.
- Willingness to travel to different companies and locations as required for employer engagement and placement activities.
- Strong knowledge of placement processes, recruitment practices, and industry requirements.
- Good reporting, coordination, and MIS management skills.
