Job summary :

Placement Point Solutions is looking for a proactive, result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and placement activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end placement activities from sourcing to final selection
- Connect and coordinate with HRs, recruiters, and companies for job requirements
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, campus drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring
- Screen, shortlist, and match candidates based on job requirements
- Guide candidates with interview preparation, resume guidance, and mock interviews
- Maintain placement databases, reports, trackers,



and candidate progress
- Follow up with companies, recruiters, and candidates for feedback, selection status, and offers
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and companies.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of placement and recruitment processes
- Client handling and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Good network with HRs/companies and recruiter connections is a plus
- Knowledge of the education/training/institution sector
- Passionate about helping candidates build their careers
