Attitude World Wide is looking for a Placement Assistant to support our recruitment and placement operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and have good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and employers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the placement team in daily recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interviews.
- Contact candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Collect and maintain candidate information and documents.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview timings.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and job offers.
- Coordinate with employers and recruitment teams when required.
- Maintain accurate candidate and placement records.
- Assist in sourcing suitable candidates for available vacancies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly placement targets.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.




- Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform other placement-related administrative duties as required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, placement, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
