Job Responsibilities

- Promote the institute's courses through online and offline marketing activities.

- Visit colleges, schools, tuition centres, and organizations to generate admissions.

- Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters for placements.

- Coordinate internships, campus interviews, placement drives, and job fairs.

- Assist students with resume preparation, interview skills, and career guidance.

- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and marketing reports.

- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and academic team to achieve admission and placement targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong networking, marketing, and relationship-building abilities.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office, social media platforms,



and digital marketing.

- Willingness to travel for marketing and placement activities.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, placement, or business development.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing and student career development may also apply.

Preferred Skills

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to build long-term relationships with educational institutions and corporate companies.

- Professional attitude and positive personality.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
