Job Purpose

To design, develop, configure and support ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC module requirements, including custom application development, integrations, workflow automation, reporting and production support, while ensuring secure, scalable and compliant platform delivery.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC module features under guidance based on approved functional and technical requirements.

Build and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, notifications, scheduled jobs and basic data models as required.
Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, transform maps and other approved integration methods as per technical design.
Use Java development experience to understand application logic, APIs, integration patterns, debugging, reusable coding practices and technical problem solving.
Work with functional and technical teams to convert user stories into configuration/development tasks,



unit testing evidence and deployment support items.
Support SIT/UAT, defect fixing, production issue analysis, release validation and post-go-live support for ServiceNow compliance and risk workflows.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, unit test evidence and deployment notes for ServiceNow platform changes.
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, role-based access control, audit trail requirements and change management processes.

Key Decisions / Dimensions

Role grade: GB03/GB04; relevant experience: 3-5 years; primary scope includes ServiceNow TPRM and GRM/GRC module configuration, development support, unit testing, defect fixing and production support.

Expected to handle assigned user stories, enhancements, defects, UAT support items, documentation and release support activities in parallel.
