We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Consulting team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
We will count on you:
Candidate should understand the fundamental of Enterprise Risk Management/ operational risk management.
Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Third Party Management, integrated testing programs (e.g., technology, business, vendor resilience testing) including the alignment of critical business services to technology assets and vendors, or resilience risk and reporting / scorecards.
Draft assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations related to Enterprise Resilience
Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), articulation of risk statements, defining thresholds, tolerances, Key Performance Indicators KPIs and creating dashboards (in MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) for continuous monitoring of Enterprise Resilience risks
Understanding of general insurance regulatory landscape.
Preferred experience and understanding of COSO ERM framework and/or ISO 31000
Candidate should demonstrate understanding of Operational Risk Management.
Experience in risk identification, assessment, and measurement and conducting RCSAs.
Involvement in root cause identification
Experience in internal audit and/or internal controls assessment and End to End risk management framework
Have they worked upon or has an experience in developing / drafting business documents such as SOW, policies, SOPs, BRDs, Gap reports
Support the practice in building the ERM solution operating model and enablers
Develops and effectively delivers complex written and oral communications, such as proposals, technical concepts and deliverables
Creates templates or other written materials to be utilized by other consulting colleagues
Directs, performs, or reviews research (e.g. reviews annual reports/ financial data, undertakes benchmarking, etc.) for business d
