We are looking for a detail‑oriented and service‑focused People Services Specialist / HR Administrator to support our global workforce across multiple regions, including the USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Costa Rica. This role requires solid HR administration experience across the USA and Canada, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver end-to-end employee lifecycle administration,



including offers, contracts, job letters, onboarding, changes, and leavers
Act as a key People Services contact for the USA, Canada, Caribbean and Costa Rica, supporting local employee and manager queries
Ensure all People Services activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and to agreed service levels
Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Work closely with payroll and reward teams to ensure employee data supports accurate pay and benefits processing
Support People Directors and HR colleagues with People Services and employee lifecycle queries
Act as first-line support for HR system queries, particularly those linked to People Services processes
Carry out basic HR system set-ups and updates, including starters, changes, leavers, and organisational changes
Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure people data is accurate and compliant
