About Us-
Job Overview- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform within our organization. As a Solution Architect, you will define and maintain the architectural vision of the Now Platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and ServiceNow’s product roadmap. You will work closely with business stakeholders, platform owners, developers, administrators, and integration teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and RSM. This role requires deep platform expertise, architectural governance experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Platform Architecture & Strategy _ Job Description •
1.Create and maintain detailed architectural views of the ServiceNow platform (logical, physical, integration, and data architecture) • Define and evolve the ServiceNow instance strategy (single vs multi-instance, domain separation, environment strategy) • Align Now Platform capabilities with enterprise business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap • Establish architectural standards, design principles, and platform governance frameworks • Identify reuse opportunities, common services, and enforce code quality standards
