About The Role

As an IT System Administrator / Senior System Administrator , you'll be the backbone of CoinDCX's internal technology ecosystem, ensuring our employees have a secure, reliable, and seamless IT experience every day.

This role goes beyond resolving technical issues—you'll help build scalable IT operations, strengthen endpoint security, streamline identity and access management,

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end endpoint support by troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Deliver exceptional L1 IT support by resolving user issues efficiently while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding by provisioning devices, accounts, application access, and ensuring secure deprovisioning.
Administer Identity & Access Management (IAM), MDM platforms, and SaaS applications to maintain secure and compliant user access.
