As a key member of the country, vertical, region, or zone Services organization, the Services Program Manager leads a comprehensive services program made up of related projects or manages multiple independent projects to drive customer value realization and impactful business outcomes.

Take charge of the program setup and guide it all the way through delivery, ensuring new capabilities are implemented effectively and value is fully achieved You will supervise project interdependencies, set and communicate explicit priorities, coordinate across initiatives, and establish a solid program governance framework. Serve as the primary program contact, aligning Sales, Presales, Engagement Management, Services Management,



and customer stakeholders even across multiple countries.

Operate with strong self-direction, handling medium- to high-complexity programs that may span various countries within the Zone. Mentor Project Managers and other program team members to elevate overall execution quality.

Drive Value Realization

Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Engagement Management to shape a compelling program vision aligned with customer business strategy.
Guide the customer in identifying, framing, and planning measurable value.
Communicate the program’s value with clarity and enthusiasm helping everyone truly understand its impact
Steer customers toward achieving value through Digital Enterprise Solutions and support adjustments to the value realization plan when needed.
Work with Engagement Management to uncover additional opportunities within or beyond the current program.
