Position Summary

The Global Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, including India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. The role requires expertise in sourcing global talent, partnering with business leaders, managing international hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, experienced in international recruitment,



and passionate about identifying world-class talent for technology and engineering organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Acquisition

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding across global markets.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid global talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Recruit across India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and other emerging markets as required.
