Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Assistant Manager – Creative & Design who combines robust execution skills with leadership thinking. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting high-quality marketing creatives while also guiding projects, influencing stakeholders, and contributing to creative strategy.

The ideal candidate is a proactive visual storyteller who understands brand consistency, performance-driven design, and fast-paced marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute high-impact creative assets for:
Digital ads and performance marketing campaigns
Social media creatives
Banners, emailers, landing page visuals,



and campaign moodboards
Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions that drive engagement and performance.
Manage creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality output within deadlines.
Contribute to creative strategy and campaign ideation.
Apply data and campaign performance insights to optimize design direction.
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and AI-driven creative workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of professional experience in creative design, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing, or fast-paced brand environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing and campaign-based creative work.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator
