The Role: Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to be the technical anchor of our engineering team. Reporting directly to the CPTO, you will architect our core systems, write mission-critical code, and establish an engineering culture that we can truly be proud of.

You will lead the technical execution across our product verticals: Intelligence, Service & Demand. This role is perfect for a senior technical leader who loves staying close to the code, thrives in a high-ownership workplace, and wants to mentor a growing team of engineers while building the foundation for 10x scale.
