Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer + Instructor to join Bosscoder School of Technology. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals who enjoy both building software and mentoring the next generation of developers. The role involves contributing to software development while teaching beginner-level undergraduate students. You will simplify technical concepts, deliver practical and interactive learning sessions, and help students build a robust foundation in programming and computer science.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop,
test and maintain scalable software applications.
2. Write clean, efficient and well-documented code following industry best practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance product features.
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
5. Deliver engaging classroom sessions for beginner-level undergraduate students on subjects such as Java, Web Development, Programming Fundamentals, and Data Structures & Algorithms
6. Break down complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand lessons.
7. Collaborate with the academic team to enhance curriculum and learning content based on industry best practices.
8. Mentor students throughout their learning journey and support them in building practical programming skills.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
