Job Title: Semiconductor Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting highly skilled engineering professionals within the semiconductor, electronics, and hardware technology industries. This role requires strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies, engineering roles, and the ability to identify top technical talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various engineering disciplines.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, qualification, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of semiconductor and hardware engineering talent.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.




Conduct technical screening conversations to assess candidate skills and experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.

Required Experience & Skills:
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or hardware industry.
Experience recruiting for roles such as:
ASIC/VLSI Engineers
Verification Engineers
FPGA Engineers
Semiconductor Design Engineers
Embedded Software Engineers
Firmware Engineers
Hardware Engineers
Validation/Test Engineers
Process Engineers
Robust understanding of semiconductor technologies and engineering terminology.
Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other technical platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
