The Supply Chain Support Coordinator is accountable accurate logistics data entry, record maintenance, and transportation updates to support the successful movement of materials to project sites. This role serves as a key administrative and operational support function within the Supply Chain team, ensuring timely data entry, shipment tracking updates, documentation management, and communication with internal GV stakeholders, and external shipping and logistics partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with transportation management systems, ERP platforms, and multiple stakeholders to ensure information accuracy and visibility throughout the supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
Logistics Data Maintenance & Support
• Enter, update, and maintain shipment information in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems, and logistics databases.
• Ensure accuracy of shipment records, delivery schedules, product information, pricing, and inventory-related data.
• Upload and maintain logistics documentation,



including Bills of Lading, packing lists, freight invoices, and shipment confirmations.
• Review entries, and complete any/all missing information within each shipment.
• Generate reports and provide shipment status updates as requested by management.
Shipment Tracking & Status Updates
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and update tracking information in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment milestones, delays, exceptions, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate shipment status updates to project teams, procurement, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Escalate shipment issues and/or delivery concerns to the appropriate stakeholders for review and resolution.
Documentation & Administrative Support
• Upload and maintain shipment data in TMS and logistics dashboards, including dates, substitutions, and pricing.
