The Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner will define and drive transversal transformation and strategic initiatives such long-term strategy definition, expansion into current markets and synergy cases in partnership with relevant PXS International leaders. The employee will track and report on the progress and impact of these files to the lead of the BU Protect and Engage.

Roles/Responsibilities
Strategy definition: own the (re)definition of Engage and Protect strategy for the mid- to long-term. Ensure, with the rest of the Strategy team, it gets shared, understood and supported within the organisation.
Strategic analyses: in alignment with the Lead of the BU, lead strategic analyses aiming at improving our positioning and creating value in our Enterprise business
Transformation: Collaborate with business unit leaders
