To supervise and manage IMFL/Bottling production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, statutory compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily bottling production operations.
Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.
Monitor line efficiency, OEE, yield, wastage, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, FSSAI, Excise, and Safety requirements.
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams.
Monitor raw material and packaging material consumption.
Lead shift manpower and contractor workforce effectively.
Ensure proper documentation, production reports, and batch records.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses and improve efficiency.




Ensure implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and Positive Manufacturing Practices.

Qualification

B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Chemical/Food) or Diploma in relevant discipline.
