Oversee bottling line production activities and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Manage overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and implement strategies to increase productivity.
Implement Yield Management techniques to minimize waste and optimize output.
Lead a team of production line staff and provide guidance to maximize performance.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience of 5-7 years in bottling line production or similar role.
Solid knowledge of OEE, Yield Management, and other relevant manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of IMFL/Bottling operations
