About the Role
Morphosis Technologies is looking for a Business Development & Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by helping organizations adopt our advanced AI-powered SaaS platforms, intelligent automation solutions, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, and IT Services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing B2B deals in a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.




Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to execute business growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Services Sales, or Inside Sales.
Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads and successfully closing deals.
Robust understanding of SaaS products, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud Solutions, and IT Services.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
