Strong ability to clearly articulate product vision, USPs and value propositions to customers, leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Technology Awareness & Systems Thinking
Comfortable working with technology teams; able to grasp platform capabilities, constraints and trade‑offs without being hands‑on technical.
Structured Execution & Delivery Orientation
Ability to priorities, track and deliver roadmap commitments in a fast‑paced, high‑impact product environment.
Valuable to Have
• Experience with AI / GenAI, analytics, or data driven products
• Exposure to large scale platforms, B2B, GovTech,



EdTech or high reliability systems
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, user research or UX evaluation
• Experience in customer facing roles, pre sales or consulting engagements
• Ability to create wireframes, product narratives or executive ready presentations

Roles and Responsibilities
• Define, own and communicate the product vision, roadmap and delivered capabilities through compelling presentations.
• Benchmark the TCS iON Digital Assessment platform against industry and global competitors to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Analyze market, customer and capability gaps, translating insights into product initiatives.
• Understand customer needs and design scalable, reusable product solutions, not one off implementations.
• Build and articulate clear USPs for Indian and international markets.
• Define, priorities and track delivery of roadmap commitments in collaboration with engineering and
