Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D/3D piping layouts and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design tools.

- Perform piping routing and detailing based on P&IDs;, GA drawings, equipment layouts, and engineering requirements.

- Prepare piping GA, isometric, spool, and pipe support drawings.

- Prepare structural GA, fabrication, and detailing drawings.

- Develop structural details for beams, columns, platforms, ladders, stairs, frames, pipe racks, and equipment supports.

- Develop pipe support and equipment support details.

- Create and modify 2D/3D piping and structural models.

- Model equipment and related structural supports based on engineering and mechanical data.

- Prepare and extract piping and structural MTO/BOM from drawings and models.

- Read and interpret P&IDs;, GA drawings, engineering drawings, and mechanical details.

- Coordinate piping and structural requirements with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

- Update drawings based on engineering revisions and client comments.

- Maintain CAD standards, drawing layers, documentation, and project quality requirements.

- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and applicable engineering standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D.

- Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor.





- Good knowledge of Piping Design & Detailing.

- Good knowledge of Structural Detailing.

- Understanding of piping layout, pipe routing, and pipe supports.

- Understanding of structural GA and fabrication drawings.

- Knowledge of isometric, spool, and structural detailing drawings.

- Knowledge of MTO/BOM preparation.

- Ability to read and understand P&IDs; and engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, CadWorx, or Navisworks will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in piping design, structural detailing, mechanical drafting, or plant engineering.

- Candidates with hands-on training/project experience in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor are preferred.

- Candidates should be willing to work on both piping design/detailing and structural detailing.

- Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and attention to detail.

- Good learning and problem-solving ability.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
