- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and pain levels.
- Review medical history, diagnostic reports, and physician referrals to understand patients' conditions.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Set realistic treatment goals in consultation with patients and caregivers.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding exercises, posture, home-based rehabilitation, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Ensure patient safety during all treatment sessions.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary team meetings when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Follow professional and evidence-based physiotherapy practices.

Qualifications:

- BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.




- MPT freshers with strong clinical knowledge and good practical skills may also apply.
- Robust clinical assessment and patient-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitation physiotherapy .
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing quality patient care.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt evidence-based practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in neurological rehabilitation will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with patients with neurological or movement-related conditions is preferred.
- Knowledge of functional assessment and rehabilitation planning.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR/Hospital Management Systems is an advantage.

Experience:

- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. MPT freshers with good clinical knowledge and practical skills can also apply.
