Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to children and adults with a range of developmental, neuromuscular, orthopedic, and sensory needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on therapy, and monitoring progress to enhance mobility, strength, coordination, and independence.

The role involves collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team,



educating families and caregivers on home-based exercises and strategies, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports. The Physiotherapist will also contribute to program development, participate in case discussions, and uphold high standards of safety and ethical practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT), with valid professional registration as required.
- Demonstrated skills in assessment and treatment of pediatric and adult clients, including orthopedic, neurological, and developmental conditions.
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans focused on functional outcomes, mobility training, and rehabilitation goals.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with therapists, educators, psychologists, and families.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with a client- and family-centered approach in diverse and inclusive environments.
- Competence in clinical documentation, progress reporting, and use of basic digital tools for record-keeping and coordination.
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional development, and staying current with evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Prior experience in pediatric rehabilitation, developmental centers, or similar settings is an advantage.
