Role Description The Physics Teacher (STEM/Robotics) will design and deliver engaging physics and STEM lessons, integrating robotics and hands-on experiments aligned with school curricula. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, preparing lesson materials, assessing student performance, and providing individualized support to help learners grasp core physics and mathematics concepts. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to develop project-based learning activities, facilitate lab sessions in STEM and AI labs,



and guide students in building creative, real-world projects.

The role also involves maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, participating in training sessions, and contributing to curriculum improvements. This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, Nolambur. Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, activity-based lessons and managing classroom dynamics.

Solid foundation in Mathematics to support physics problem-solving and STEM project work.

Experience or interest in STEM and Robotics education, including facilitating hands-on experiments and project-based learning.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Education, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Effective communication and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.

Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and adapt to different school environments in Chennai.

Prior teaching experience in school or after-school programs is preferred; familiarity with STEM labs or AI labs is an advantage.
