About the Role

We are looking for a Physics Educator who can work closely with the Storywise core team to design innovative learning tools and experiences for students.

The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, practical teaching experience and the ability to use AI tools effectively for content creation, lesson design and educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop conceptually accurate and student-friendly Physics learning content.
- Create learning lessons, questions, explanations, lesson flows and revision material.
- Convert complex Physics concepts into straightforward, engaging and relatable learning experiences.
- Work with the product and content teams to develop effective AI-enabled learning tools.
- Use AI tools for research, content development, question generation, visualisation and quality improvement.
- Review and validate AI-generated Physics content for accuracy and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Analyse student responses and learning patterns to improve content and product features.
- Collaborate with writers,



designers and product team members to create story-based learning experiences.
- Experiment with new teaching formats and technologies to improve student engagement and learning outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B. Tech from IITs/NITs/IIITs.
- 1–2 years of Physics teaching or academic content development experience.
- Strong command of Physics concepts for JEE or NEET level.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative startup setting.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools for education, research or content creation.
- Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.

Good to Have

- Interest in storytelling, creative writing or educational scriptwriting.
- Experience creating digital lessons, quizzes, videos or interactive learning content.
- Familiarity with student learning behaviour and assessment design.
- Experience working with generative AI, prompt engineering or AI-powered content tools.
- Passion for transforming the education system and making high-quality learning accessible to students.
