About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and responsible Videographer to join our on-ground media team.

The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos, reels, events, public interactions and day-to-day activities, and creating engaging visual content for social media.

This is a field-based role, so the candidate should be comfortable working outdoors, travelling locally and adapting quickly to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality video footage during events, meetings, visits, programmes and public interactions.
- Shoot engaging content for Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Capture wide shots, close-ups, candid moments, B-roll, crowd reactions and interviews.
- Identify important and interesting moments and capture them proactively.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, camera movement and audio quality.
- Coordinate with the content and editing team regarding daily shooting requirements.




- Quickly transfer and organise raw footage for the editing team.
- Maintain proper organisation and backup of footage.
- Handle urgent and last-minute shooting requirements when needed.

What We're Looking For

- Positive understanding of videography and cinematography basics.
- Strong sense of framing, composition and camera movement.
- Ability to capture natural, candid and engaging moments.
- Understanding of short-form content and Reels.
- Comfortable working in crowded and fast-moving environments.
- Good communication skills.
- Punjabi speaking is preferred.
- Punctual, disciplined and professional.
- Flexible with working hours depending on events and schedules.

Experience 0–2 years of experience can apply.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and good shooting skills are welcome.

Experience in social media, events, documentary, political or public-facing content will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
