Role Overview

We are looking for a PhD-qualified Research Associate with expertise in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Research , or a related life sciences discipline.

This is an on-site role based in Gurgaon for a scientifically driven professional who enjoys research, medical writing, evidence synthesis, and primary research. The successful candidate will create high-quality scientific content, conduct surveys, analyze research findings, and support the company's research and knowledge initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, write, and edit scientific articles, blogs, white papers, reports, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews using peer-reviewed scientific and clinical publications.
- Design, execute, and analyze surveys involving healthcare professionals, clinicians, researchers, pharmaceutical companies, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop questionnaires, analyze survey data, and prepare research reports with actionable insights.
- Create scientifically accurate content related to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, healthcare innovation, and medical advancements.
- Interpret clinical studies, pharmaceutical research, and scientific evidence to develop engaging and evidence-based content.
- Ensure all content is accurate, properly referenced,



and aligned with current scientific and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams on research projects, publications, webinars, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated with developments in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, clinical pharmacology, and the healthcare industry.

Required Qualifications
- PhD in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, Clinical Research, Pharmacology, Pharmacy (PhD), or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Strong understanding of biomedical research methodologies, pharmaceutical research, and clinical studies.
- Excellent scientific writing and communication skills.
- Experience in literature review, survey design, and research analysis.
- Ability to interpret complex scientific and clinical data and communicate it effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Publications in peer-reviewed scientific or medical journals.
- Experience in medical writing, pharmaceutical research, clinical research, or healthcare communications.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, drug development, regulatory affairs, or pharmacovigilance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted research and scientific content development tools.
