About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of medicines, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions.

- Counsel customers on dosage, usage, precautions, and possible side effects.

- Verify prescriptions for completeness and authenticity.

- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and place replenishment requests.

- Check expiry dates regularly and ensure proper storage of medicines.

- Maintain pharmacy records and billing accurately.

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

- Coordinate with doctors, distributors, and internal staff when required.

- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.

Eligibility





- 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy billing software.

- Good communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Working Hours
