Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and promote our portfolio of prescription medications within an assigned territory. In this role, you will engage with physicians, pharmacists, hospital staff, and key healthcare decision-makers to communicate the clinical efficacy, safety, and value of our therapeutic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets across your territory.

HCP Engagement: Conduct daily sales calls with primary care physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and healthcare executives to build strong, trust-based relationships.

Product Education: Deliver compelling, evidence-based product presentations and distribute clinical educational materials in compliance with FDA and company guidelines.

Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitive products, reimbursement shifts, and healthcare industry regulations to identify growth opportunities.

Account Strategy: Analyze sales data, target high-volume prescriber accounts, and optimize route efficiency for maximum territory coverage.

Compliance & Reporting:



Maintain exact records of physician interactions, sample distribution, and call activities in the company CRM while strictly adhering to PhRMA Code guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or Marketing). Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and deep strategic planning skills.

Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and data analysis tools.

Travel: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience selling within specialized therapeutic areas (Gynaecology,Oncogynecology).

Established relationships with key prescribers and hospital networks in the assigned region. Certified National Pharmaceutical Representative (CNPR) certification.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
