Description We are seeking a skilled and professional pharmacist to manage the pharmacy, ensuring the maintenance of required stocks and the dispensing of correct medications as prescribed by the Doctors. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with both Doctors and patients.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities As the hospital pharmacist, you are responsible for ensuring the proper supply of medicines, for their secure and proper storage, and for dispensing the correct medication with a valid prescription.

Monitoring prescribed drugs related to patient age, weight, dosage & date.

Regularly interacting with Doctors about substitutes, alternative medicines, and clearing non-moving drugs.

Engaging patients through informative discussions about their dosage can significantly enhance their understanding and adherence to treatment. Let’s make sure they feel confident and informed.





Inventory Management Maintaining minimum stocks ensuring timely indent to the central warehouse following with ABC/VED analysis.

Organizing stocks with proper labelling and dispensing according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) method to prevent the expiry of drugs.

Non-moving stocks and near-expiry drugs must be returned promptly in real time to prevent loss.

Qualifications And Prerequisites The candidate must have more than 2 years of relevant experience in managing pharmacy.

Preferred with the qualification of D-pharma/B-Pharma with the certificate of KSPC is mandatory.

Technical knowledge is required, preferably in an IVF hospital setting.

Solid communication skills are essential for coordinating effectively with Doctors, patients, and various departments.
