They ensure medicine batches are produced safely, on schedule, and in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesBatch Execution: Monitor granulation, mixing, compression, coating, or sterile filling processes as outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).Compliance & Documentation: Ensure real-time, accurate entries in BMRs, equipment logbooks, and line-clearance checklists.Team Management: Assign daily shift targets, manage shift rosters, and train operators on safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Equipment Oversight: Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for routine cleaning (CIP/SIP), calibration, and breakdown repairs.Quality & Safety Coordination: Report deviations,
