We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Pharma Billing to manage backend operations related to medicines/medical device business. The candidate should have prior experience in logistics, dispatch coordination, inventory handling, hospital and wholesaler coordination. The role requires strong operational understanding, documentation accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with hospitals, vendors, sales teams, and internal departments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day backend operations for life saving medicines/medical device supplies.
- Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and timely delivery of products to hospitals and customers.
- Handle order processing, invoice coordination, dispatch documentation, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with delivery person, warehouse teams, and hospital purchase departments for smooth execution of orders.
- Ensure proper tracking of consignments and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Maintain stock records and support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
- Communicate with large hospitals and institutional clients regarding order status, documentation, and operational requirements.




- Prepare operational reports, MIS, dispatch reports, and maintain data accuracy.
- Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and management teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain confidentiality of operational data.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in pharma, healthcare, medical devices, backend operations.
- Prior experience in dispatch and logistics coordination is mandatory.
- Experience in dealing with large hospitals, institutional clients, or healthcare organizations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and operational documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- Knowledge of Pharma Billing Software like, Easysol.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
