About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, qualified, and experienced PGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to senior secondary students, preparing engaging lessons, assessing student performance, and helping students achieve solid academic and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi language and literature to Classes XI–XII as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare effective lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students’ skills in grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, creative writing, and literature.
- Use interactive and innovative teaching methods to make Hindi learning engaging.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student progress reports.
- Support students in board examination preparation.
- Encourage participation in Hindi debates, essay writing, poetry, elocution, quizzes, and other literary activities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and co-curricular activities.




- Collaborate with other teachers and contribute to the overall academic development of the school.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Hindi from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach effectively in Hindi and, where required, English.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and digital teaching tools is desirable.
- Previous experience teaching at the senior secondary level will be an advantage.
