Job Role: PGT (Business Studies)Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Business Studies to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12).
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g., CBSE syllabus).
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and exam papers.
- Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in projects, case studies, and practical applications of business concepts.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Use modern teaching aids (smart boards, presentations, case-based learning).
- Stay updated with changes in curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular activities.

Educational Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Commerce / Business Studies / MBA (relevant specialization).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- CTET / State TET qualification (preferred or required in some schools).
- Robust subject knowledge in Business Studies.
