JOB PROFILE

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales & Technical Services Interns/Representatives to support our personal care, pharma, and specialty ingredients business through a blend of inside sales, technical documentation, sample management, and supplier sourcing.

The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, quotation support, and coordination with manufacturers and distributors, along with sourcing.

The position will generate product dossiers as well as accurate TDS, CoA, SDS, and regulatory documentation in collaboration with global suppliers.

Responsibilities include generating sales, responding to technical queries, ensuring first-time-right documentation, and maintaining CRM and quality/regulatory operations.

Sample management and documentation A comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, a basic understanding of technical products or markets, and a willingness to grow and learn are a must.



Successful candidates will receive structured training, global exposure, and a clear path to documentation management or business development. Candidates should be able to take on additional duties and special projects as business needs evolve. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Pharma Management, Pharma Sales, Cosmetology, Chemistry, Business

Command over written & spoken English is a MUST. Proficiency in computers & Excel required

Three years of experience are required for the Representative position. Freshers will be considered as interns who grow into higher positions after a three-year contract.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
