Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Perfumer to develop innovative fragrance solutions for personal care, home care, fabric care, air care, and fine fragrance applications. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, formulation techniques, application evaluation, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities-

- Develop and create unique fragrance formulations as per client and market requirements.
- Select and blend fragrance raw materials to achieve desired olfactory profiles.
- Conduct fragrance evaluations and stability testing in various applications such as creams, shampoos, detergents, soaps, candles, and air fresheners.
- Modify and improve existing formulations based on performance, cost, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with application, marketing, and sales teams for fragrance development projects.
- Maintain fragrance documentation, formulation records, and sample tracking.
- Perform competitive fragrance analysis and market trend studies.




- Support scale-up and production trials when required.
- Use analytical techniques such as GC-MS for fragrance analysis and quality evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Perfumery, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials and fragrance families.
- Good smelling and sensory evaluation skills.
- Understanding of fragrance applications in personal care and home care products.
- Knowledge of IFRA guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Experience with fragrance compounding and formulation management.
- Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in fine fragrance creation.
- Familiarity with fragrance software and formulation databases.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer fragrance preferences.
