About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and measurable business growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and passionate about scaling campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and overall performance.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.




- Monitor industry trends and identify recent growth opportunities.

Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
