Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Video Editor with proven experience in creating high-converting video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing, direct-response advertising, and AI-powered video creation. Your work will directly contribute to generating leads, increasing conversions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Edit videos optimized for lead generation, conversions, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute professional video shoots, including camera, lighting, and audio setup.
- Create realistic AI-generated videos and AI-enhanced creative assets.
- Design motion graphics, VFX, subtitles, and compelling call-to-action overlays.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Optimize creatives based on campaign performance and audience insights.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-performing ad creatives.

Mandatory Requirements




- 5–6+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Must have experience creating videos for Performance Marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Must have hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, Google Flow (Veo), HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Portfolio showcasing successful Performance Marketing video campaigns.

Applications from candidates without Performance Marketing video editing experience and AI video creation experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or D2C brands.
- Experience with motion graphics and color grading.
- Candidates with their own camera and basic video production equipment will be preferred.
