Role Overview

Binazy Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and paid advertising. The ideal candidate lives and breathes data, can plan and run high-performing ad campaigns, rank content through SEO, and also write compelling content themselves. A strong, verifiable portfolio with real evidence of results is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimise paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
- Own end-to-end SEO — on-page, off-page and technical — to grow organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content-gap analysis.
- Write and optimise SEO content, ad copy, landing pages and other marketing material.
- Track, measure and report on campaign performance using GA4, Search Console and ad dashboards.
- Continuously improve ROAS, CPL, CTR and conversion rates through testing and optimisation.
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns that perform.
- Stay current with algorithm updates, ad platform changes and marketing trends.





Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in SEO and paid advertising.
- A strong portfolio with clear evidence of results (traffic growth, rankings, ROAS, conversions).
- Proven ability to run and scale profitable ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Solid SEO knowledge across on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Strong content-writing skills — able to write SEO articles, ad copy and landing-page content.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.

Nice to Have

- Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns or CRO.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing-page builders.
