We are looking for an experienced Senior Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote team and manage high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Personally managed Meta advertising budgets of at least USD $10,000 per month.
- Develop profitable customer acquisition strategies while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, CAC, and revenue goals.
- Build and optimize Prospecting, Retargeting, Lookalike, Custom Audience, Advantage+, and Dynamic Creative campaigns.
- Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages.
- Manage Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO), and Advantage+ Campaigns.
- Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Custom Events, and attribution tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results using data-driven decisions.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing stakeholders to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.




- Must have personally managed advertising budgets of at least USD $10,000 per month.
- Must have been directly responsible for campaign strategy, optimization, scaling, and budget management.
- Experience only as a supporting team member, assistant, or observer does not qualify.
- Proof of experience is required.
- Screenshots must clearly display the monthly advertising spend in Meta Ads Manager. Sensitive information may be blurred before submission.

- Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
